We Dont Have What You Need?
We aim to have all that you need and more. But theres always something specific that you need, wherever you go. Maybe a security screw bit? or a coolant pressure tester?
Without your input, we cant ensure your satisfaction - we urge you to post us a suggestion to help expand our service to you guys!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!
HOW DO I ORGANISE ACCESS TO A HOIST?
The best way to get access to one of our hoists is on a 'First Come First Serve' basis, i.e. arrive at opening time or just before and you will be able to access a hoist once appropriate paperwork is filled out.
Alternatively, if you are unable to make it first thing or wish to come in later during the day, please call approximately 30-45 minutes before your intended arrival and we can ensure there will be a hoist free for you!
If it is a busy day and all the hoists are in use when you wish to use it we may take down your name & phone number and give you a call once a hoist is free.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Signup takes 5mins in store, and a 5min induction for how to use the equipment. Simply call ahead for your first booking with an hours notice, and we can give you a run down, there and then! Very straight forward.
DO YOU SHOW US HOW TO USE THE TYRE MACHINE/HOIST?
Yes we will show you how to use the hoist and any other questions on tool use! With fitting tyres we are happy to give you a quick 5 minute reminder on how to fit them however we do offer a tutorial on tyre fitting for $30 plus the tyre machine hire!
OVERNIGHT STAY?
We charge $33 to keep your car here over night, this is for insurance purposes and covers you for the night! With the condition that the hoist hire rate will kick off at 8am the next morning

NO it doesn't scratch your rims, but lack of attention will - Check the yellow rim protector isn't broken off.
YES we can supply weights from only $1.50/wheel

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME WHEN USING A HOIST
Covered footwear is mandatory! NO THONGS! NO CROCS! NO SANDALS!
Hire our tools or bring your own
Take any packaging/bulk parts with you (unless you are authorised). Old rags/filters etc are fine.
CLEAN up any debris, rag up any oil spills (don't mop), Mop up your coolant.
If you see a mess left behind, report it, or do the right thing and help out!
Tools to be put back tidy and where they should be. They belong in a box, not a bench!
Use common sense, be courteous and respectful, and everyone will all get along just fine!
